I'm currently out in Miami, coaching my 2.4 squad in the Miami Olympic Classes regatta. It was the first day of racing today and Megan Pascoe had a great first day posting a 3rd and 1st to be leading the regatta. Helena Lucas is in 5th with a 5th and 7th. (720's are not fast!)
It was a good day for many of the Brits with podium positions held in many of the classes.
